Reserving a space on your Swan Mountain Outfitters trip is as easy as 1-2-3!
1. First just select your desired dates (see Rates & Dates – At a Glance) If you need flexibility on your dates from those you see listed, just give us a call at 1(406) 387-4405 or e-mail us.
2. Fill out the SMO Trip Request Form below after reviewing our Terms and Conditions.
3. After we have confirmed space is available, just pay your $500 deposit per hunter for a hunt or 25% of the trip cost for all other trips. WE TAKE MASTERCARD AND VISA!
4. After your deposit is received, we will send you a receipt that will contain your itinerary, total trip cost, and balance due.
If you are going on a hunting trip, we will also email you information on acquiring licenses
5. After receiving your trip’s itinerary from us, make reservations for your flight to arrive a day prior to your trip and depart a day after. If you are planning on us to pick you up or drop you off, please book your flights with mid-day arrival/departure times.
6. Please note that you do not have a reservation until a deposit is received. All deposits are considered non-refundable. Because of this we highly recommend purchasing trip insurance to cover your expenses and non-refundable deposits.
