1. First just select your desired dates (see Rates & Dates - At a Glance) If you need flexibility on your dates from those you see listed, just give us a call at 1(800) 919-4416 or e-mail us. Please note if you are looking to book trail rides in Glacier National Park, call 1(877) 888-5557
2. Fill out the SMO Trip Request Form below after reviewing our Terms and Conditions.
3. After we have confirmed space is available, just pay your $500 deposit for a hunt or 25% of the trip cost for all other trips. WE TAKE MASTERCARD AND VISA!
4. After your deposit is received, we will send you a receipt that will contain your itinerary, total trip cost, and balance due.
If you are going on a hunting trip, we will also email you the link for the on line application for a hunting license around the middle of February. When you receive your link for the guaranteed outfitter sponsored license, fill it out on line.
5. After receiving your trip's itinerary from us, make reservations for your flight to arrive a day prior to your trip and depart a day after. If you are planning on us to pick you up or drop you off, please book your flights with mid-day arrival/departure times.
6. Please note that you do not have a reservation until a deposit is received. All depsoits are considered non-refundable.
